
Lorain County Right to Life, by IRS rules, does not participate or intervene in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. However, we can provide information to our members on where candidates stand on issues of importance to us, and also what is in the candidate’s party platforms. We’ll be adding comparison pieces on where candidates stand, news on endorsements from Pro-Life and Pro-Family organizations. and other items of interest as they become available. Ohio Primary Update
“On March 16, 2022, the Supreme Court of Ohio invalidated the Ohio General Assembly district plan adopted on February 24, 2022. Therefore, the offices of Ohio House, Ohio Senate, and State Central Committee will not appear on the May 3, 2022 Primary Election Ballot. Voter district information for Ohio House, Ohio Senate, and State Central Committee will be updated as soon as that information is available.”

AUGUST 2, 2022 SPECIAL ELECTION
Military & Overseas Absentee Voting: Begins June 17
Early In-Person Voting: Begins July 6 and includes the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before Election Day
Absentee Voting By Mail: Begins July 6
Deadline to Request an Absentee Ballot: July 30 (noon)
Election Day: August 2 (Polls Open 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)

If you haven’t already voted early and are unwilling or unable to vote in person on Aug 2, you need to VOTE BY MAIL and request an absentee ballot.
To request an absentee ballot, click here. You need to fill out the form and mail it to your county board of elections who will return the ballot to you by mail. Unless you are a member of the U.S. military currently deployed overseas or an American living abroad, absentee ballot request must be received at the Board of Elections by noon on Saturday, July 30, 2022.
If you can’t vote in person, PLEASE, request your absentee ballot and vote Pro-Life!!!!
